vacant abandon properties in the Plymouth and Barnstable County areas. CSI's properties will balance safety, up-

unmatched levels of quality and attention to details. CSI’s strategic upgrades and their strategic listing price will

Condition: The condition of the property can be abandon, close to a tear down, or just cosmetic updates.  Most of
the properties that are targeted will have a motivated seller due to some circumstance(s) that it will make it difficult
for a new buyer to receive conventional financing for because of either condition, failed septic etc. or the seller
needs to sell for other reasons i.e. Divorce, illness, loss of job, foreclosure etc.  

Location: As indicated above, the location will be in the counties of Plymouth and Barnstable with focus on all of
Wareham, South Plymouth and Buzzards Bay of Bourne.  These locations are the focus due to our real estate
knowledge of areas, networking, price and the foreclosure rates are increasing in the areas.

These courses of action will be initially pursued as a way to efficiently utilize capital and establish a reputation
within the community.
